Lithium Americas closes $100 million ATM

(Kitco News) – Lithium Americas said today it completed its $100 million at-the-market equity offering.

The company said it will use the funds to advance both its Cauchari-Olaroz project in Jujuy, Argentina, and Thacker Pass project in Nevada, U.S.A., to production.

Financing was announced in October.

Construction of the Cauchari-Olaroz project is expected to be wrapped up next year.
